Today hasn't been as bad as I thought it would be...The only thing hard is eating breakfast. I feel like I am going to throw up when I eat in the mornings. But I did eat a whole grain waffle this morning, with very little syrup..more cardboard! haha Then I ate a banana for a snack, then a healthy choice for lunch. For dinner I had a turkey breast sub from Subway. All of this added up is 735 calories, and 11.5 grams of fat. Not bad!! Oh and I lost 2 lbs yesterday!!! I haven't worked out yet today, but fixing to go down there now. My legs are a little sore, as well as my bad foot..but oh well.
I have noticed that Caleb is even proud of me already, he is all into what I eat and the calories. Mike is being supportive too, and eating better just for me! Although, he has already lost 90 lbs and a skinny butt now! So here is to day two! Time to go to the gym!
